This page explains what happens to the details you send through this website, and what Lillie Kerman does with them.

Who is responsible for your details
Lillie Kerman is responsible for the personal details collected through this website.

What is collected
When you send an enquiry form on this website, Lillie receives what you type into it:
Your name (or both your names)
Your email address
Your phone number, if you give it
Your wedding or event date, if you give it
Your venue or town, if you give it
The package or type of booking you choose
Anything else you write in the message box
If you ring or message on WhatsApp, Lillie will see your phone number and anything you send.
How your details are used
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, check whether Lillie is free on your date, give you a price and, if you book, organise the booking. There is no mailing list and no follow-up sequence.
Lillie uses your details on the basis that you have asked her to take these steps before booking, and, if you book, to carry out the booking you have agreed to.
How long your details are kept
If your enquiry doesn't become a booking, your details are deleted within 12 months. If you book, your details are kept for six years after the booking, because that is how long business records have to be kept for tax purposes.
Who else handles your details
This website is hosted by Framer, which also processes enquiry form submissions and delivers them to Lillie's inbox. If you use WhatsApp, your messages are carried by WhatsApp.
With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to see how people use it, such as which pages are visited and what kind of device is used. Framer's own site analytics also records visits. When an enquiry is sent, Google Analytics is told that it happened and which package or type of booking was chosen. It is not sent your name, contact details or message.
Some pages show content from other services: Google reviews (shown using Feedspring), and videos or music from YouTube, Vimeo and SoundCloud. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies when a page loads.
Some of these services store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK-US data bridge or approved contract terms.
Cookies
Google Analytics only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, it isn't loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of the site. Embedded videos, music and reviews may set their own cookies when you view pages that contain them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details Lillie holds about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, ask for their use to be limited, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, or object to how they are used. To do any of these, ring 07803 598819 or message Lillie on WhatsApp.
If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled, please tell Lillie first so she can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
